The Information Funny or Die UK Collects

User Provided Information: You can watch videos on the Funny or Die Sites without having a Funny or Die account. You can also contact us without having a Funny or Die account. Certain other activities on the Funny or Die Sites such as uploading videos, posting messages in our forums or in the video comments section, entering contests or sweepstakes, taking advantage of promotions, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists, require you to have a Funny or Die account. We ask for some personal information when you create a Funny or Die account including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. A Funny or Die account allows you to access many of our services that require registration.

Cookies Information: When you visit the Funny or Die Sites, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Clear GIFs Information: When you use the Funny or Die Sites, we may employ "clear GIFs" (a.k.a. Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our Users anonymously (i.e., in a non-personally-identifiable manner). In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.

The Way Funny or Die UK Uses Information

If you submit personal information to us through the Funny or Die Sites, then you consent to our use of your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Funny or Die Sites, and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites

Funny or Die allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Funny or Die Sites.
